Sandbox

Marissa is out of town for two weeks, so it's been lots of daddy-daughter time lately. In other words, I'm exhausted! Luckily so is Alexia.  She has been playing hard with the ducks this week, and I can tell it wears her out. She went from napping for half an hour in the infant room to napping about 1 hour 45 minutes on average now. To give us both a break Grandma and Grandpa Ahlering came yesterday and brought some new toys. Here are some pics they took of Lexi playing in her new sandbox.

Apparently she tried to step in the box on the last one, but it felt so funny on her toes she stopped with one foot in and one foot out. She couldn't make up her mind so she stayed like this for a while.
