Discovering the Mall

As we headed back north we stopped with Grandma and Grandpa at the mall in Independence. This is probably the biggest mall that Lexi has ever been in and she was amazed by all the escalators. Plus it had a big play area she got to explore with Grandpa. She got to ride the carousel with Grandma and the train with Grandpa. It was good to get some of her energy out before we make the rest of the 5 hour drive home. For almost the next two hours in the car ride home she kept saying "He said All Aboard! To me and grandpa." She was apparently very impressed with the train conductor. I have to admit I wasn't. But she definitely had fun. We miss Grandma and Grandpa already and can't wait to see them again soon.
