We spent the Fourth of July in Brookings this year. The community had a mini fair sort of thing before the fireworks at the event center in town so we went to check it out. Alexia had fun on the inflatables and riding the train, but the lines were very long since it was all free. We went back much later to watch the fireworks, but Lexi was still quite frightened of the exploding sounds. Maybe next year she will be ready for the show.
