A Short Summer

It felt like a very short summer this year because we were spending so much time getting the house ready sell and then packing and getting ready to move. We did manage to take advantage of some of the great things about Brookings though. We made it to the pool a few times and did a number of bike rides. Lexi finally got brave enough to take a picture with the Jackrabbit and Addi finally got brave enough to lay down in the water. We made it to one of the Downtown at Sundown events. Free music, bouncy houses and face painting were a hit. We had to say farewell to our house at the beginning of August. It was a good house with a lot of great memories. We miss Brookings and all the friends we have there already.
