Adaline Turns 2!

Adaline turned 2 this month! Time just flies by. She was definitely most excited about the cake. The whole week before the mention of her birthday elicited an excited response about getting to eat cake. Sadly she had, had a cold for about 2 weeks prior and ended up with a fever and ear infection on her birthday. We opened a few presents and had some cake on her birthday, but given she wasn't feeling well we saved most of her presents for the weekend to open. We also went to the Red River Zoo on Saturday to celebrate. It is a very small zoo, but it surpassed my expectations. What they have, they do well. Addi had her first carousel ride, and she wasn't a huge fan. Overall, I think she had a pretty fun birthday.
