Ice Skating in the Neighborhood

The city put a skating rink up down the street from us this year, and we got free skates for the girls at Alexia's school carnival this year. Sadly, we didn't get around to trying it until the ice was a little slushy. The girls still had fun giving it a try. Maybe next year we can make more use of it. I used my Mom's old skates, which didn't fall apart when I put them on. :-)
