Chris like to do a Big Day every year in May during migration. Last year Addi and I went with him for a little while. This year all of us went from pre-dawn to about 1 pm. We managed to get 120 species before the 3 of us quit, but Chris kept going and broke is Clay County record with 154 species. We saw a lot of cool birds and other fun things along the way like Jack-in-the-pulpits.
