Our last couple of days we found some streams and short trails to poke around on. We found lots of salamanders. We hiked to the overlook at Clingman's Dome, but it was pretty cloudy when we got to the top. Addi didn't want to go originally so Alexia and I went up with Joanna. On our way back though Addi was sad she didn't get to go so I walked all the way back up with her. We made it to the top just before it started to rain, and then it rained on us the whole way back down. She HATES to get her clothes wet so she struggled some, but overall did ok. We cooked some good food, played a lot of games, managed to have a bearless campfire, and overall had a lot of fun, the kiddos in particular. The last afternoon we relaxed at the pool that was part of the cabin's Home Owners Association. Where will the next reunion be?
