Dolphins
On our last day in Corpus we went to the aquarium. It isn't big but it was just the right size for Lexi. I think she loved watching the dolphins the most. Standing next to the underwater tank made her a little nervous at first. She didn't want to get too close. She was pretty mesmerized by their swimming. It was a Monday and there were hardly any people there. That was nice because she could run/waddle around from tank to tank pointing at all the fish without running into people or getting lost. She did so much walking and running that she was pretty exhausted. This worked out well for our drive back to Houston.

Is that her from behind at the tank? She looks SOOOOOO much older in that one. How fun-- I like the ones where she's peaking up from something.
ReplyDeleteYep that's her. That one tank let you crawl under it and poke your head up in the bubble of glass so your face was surrounded by sea horses. She squealed with delight the whole time.
