Marcus and Samantha's Wedding

Although the sun and warm weather was much appreciated, the reason we went to Texas was to celebrate Chris's cousin Marcus's wedding. The wedding was beautiful with a very fun St. Patrick's day theme. They had bagpipes at the ceremony and lots of Irish influence at the reception, including green beer. So Lexi's pale green dress fit right in. They also had a caricaturist at the reception so we had the family portrait done. Haven't decided yet how well she captured us. Lexi was very good during the ceremony. She was very wiggly but didn't make a fuss. The reception was mostly past her bedtime, but she loved the people watching and attention. She did finally fall asleep in the Moby, which was good for both of us. The reception was outside and it was very windy, making it a little chilly. We kept each other warm.
