Sadly, I couldn't stay for long after the funeral, but Chris and the girls had some time so they stayed for the week. They stayed in Austin with Nicole and Cody for a few days where only the brave soles ate crickets. They had a sleepover with all the cousins, and grandma played a lot of monopoly. It was blazing hot in Texas so they took the kids to Barton Springs to swim and then to Tony's house to swim. They spent the last few days back in Houston with his parents before flying home. It was a very sad reason to visit, but we made the most of it. Norma would have been happy to see everyone together enjoying time with family.
