We spent the night at a recreation area on a lake outside of Lawrence Kansas. It was very convenient, but not the most scenic. I think it was the only campground we didn't get a picture of. It had showers and served its purpose. We arrived late and packed up early to get on the road to Colorado. We drove all day across Kansas and eastern Colorado. We arrived late at Aspen Glade Campground, and of coarse, it started raining as we arrived so we set up the camper in the rain. The girls got to say a quick hello to Grandma and Grandpa, and then off to bed.
