School started before labor day again this year because of high school construction, which meant we got home from our trip on Saturday and the girls started school on Monday. They both missed back to school night so didn't know where their classrooms were. This made both of them nervous because Alexia moved over to the middle school this year and rides the bus. Addi was excited to know that her best friend from her kindergarten class was going to be in her class again this year, and Alexia was excited to get to start band and orchestra. She didn't need to bring her instrument until later in the week though. Fortunately, they both have fantastic teachers this yer. Adaline has Sra. Aleman, and Alexia has Sra. Oslund. Despite the worries, the first day was a success.
