My parents came to visit for Thanksgiving this year. They came out early and made it to Alexia's swim meet, which Alexia was excited about. Mom made a Thanksgiving centerpiece with Alexia out of our pumpkins, but Addi was way more interested in playing games with grandpa. On Thanksgiving we did the Burn the Bird race downtown. It was chilly, but not too bad. Chris stayed back to watch the smoking turkey and so we didn't literally burn the bird. We all ate way too much food and had a lovely day.
