The next day we drove left the Air BNB and drove over to Waterbury Vermont to tour the Ben and Jerry's ice cream factory and visit Cabot Creamery. Ben and Jerry's not only has good ice cream, but is also inspiring for their dedication to responsible business practices and bettering the world. We enjoyed the tour and definitely enjoyed our ice cream. After that we drove over to the large Cabot Creamery store to sample a LOT of cheese. We consume a lot of Cabot cheese so this might have been Alexia's favorite stop on the whole vacation. We wound our way along the Green Mountains and had lunch in Woodstock, VT, which was a very cute town. We visited a National Historic Site that also had a cheese farm, and then we headed back to Storrs for the night.
